1.1. SELLER

  • Title: LAREVNO
  • Phone: +90 539 484 87 39
  • Email: business@larevno.com
  • Website: www.larevno.com

1.2. BUYER

The Buyer is the natural or legal person who places an order via LAREVNO's website or mobile application and whose name, delivery address, and contact information are included in the order form ("BUYER"). The Buyer's information is the information provided during the ordering process and is included in the Order Summary.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose specifications and sales price are detailed below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically through LAREVNO's website or mobile application, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, as well as the mandatory consumer protection legislation of the country where the BUYER has his or her habitual residence.

ARTICLE 3 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT AND ORDER SUMMARY

The product type, brand/model, color, size, quantity, sales price including/excluding VAT, shipping cost, tax and customs information, delivery address, and payment method are all included in the Order Summary that the BUYER views before confirming the order. The Order Summary is an integral part of this agreement.

Product images are for informational purposes only. Slight variations in color tones may occur due to screen settings. Texture and color variations in natural materials (silk, wool, cashmere, leather, etc.) are inherent to the product and are not considered a defect.

ARTICLE 4 – PRELIMINARY INFORMATION AND ELECTRONIC CONSENT

4.1. Before placing an order, the BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read, understood, and electronically approved the Preliminary Information Form, which includes the essential characteristics of the product, the total price including taxes, payment and delivery information, the right of withdrawal and terms of use, complaint and application procedures, and the SELLER's identity and contact information.

4.2. The contract is established when the BUYER confirms the order and completes the payment, and the SELLER notifies the SELLER of its acceptance of the order. The SELLER reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order for justifiable reasons such as insufficient stock, pricing errors, inability to verify payment, suspicion of fraud, or sanctions and export restrictions. In this case, the amount collected from the BUYER will be refunded.

4.3. For orders placed with a registered account, the BUYER is responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of their account information.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES, TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORTS

5.1. Prices are displayed in the currency advertised on the website. Currency conversions may be handled by the payment institution and the BUYER's bank; the SELLER is not responsible for exchange rate differences or transaction fees.

5.2. Sales outside of Türkiye are considered exports. The following provisions apply according to the delivery model selected during the order:

  • DDP (Seller's Taxes): VAT, customs duties, and import charges are included in the total price shown in the Order Summary; the BUYER will not make any additional payments upon delivery.
  • DAP (Duties Paid by Buyer): Import duties, customs duties, VAT/VAT, customs clearance fees and similar charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the BUYER and are not included in the price stated in the Order Summary. The BUYER is responsible for obtaining information about these costs from the local customs authorities before placing the order.

5.3. The BUYER is obliged to comply with the local legislation regarding the import of the product into the country where the order is placed. In cases where the customs administration detains the product, refuses its import, or destroys it, the SELLER's liability is limited to the refund of the product price in circumstances not at fault of the BUYER.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT

6.1. Payment is made via credit/debit card, secure payment infrastructure providers, and other methods offered on the site. Card information is not stored by the SELLER; payment is processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment institution.

6.2. In case of suspicion of unauthorized use of the card, the SELLER may request additional information/documents from the BUYER to verify identity or card ownership. If verification cannot be provided, the order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded.

6.3. In installment or payment plan sales, the rules of the relevant financial institution apply.

ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY

7.1. Products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER in the order, via an international cargo/courier company contracted by the SELLER. The estimated delivery time is stated in the Order Summary. In any case, delivery cannot exceed 30 (thirty) days from the date of order confirmation; otherwise, the BUYER may terminate the contract.

7.2. Delivery time may vary depending on product stock availability, payment confirmation, customs procedures, and shipping conditions in the destination country. Customs waiting times may be included in the delivery time.

7.3. The BUYER or the authorized person at the address is responsible for checking the package upon delivery. If the package is damaged, crushed, opened, or wet, a damage report must be prepared together with the courier, and the package should not be accepted. Otherwise, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing within 48 hours at the latest.

7.4. The product remains the responsibility of the SELLER until delivery is completed. Upon delivery of the product to the BUYER or a third party designated by the BUYER (excluding the carrier), the risk of loss and damage to the product passes to the BUYER.

7.5. If the product is returned to the SELLER due to the BUYER providing an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the BUYER cannot be reached during delivery attempts, the reshipment costs shall be borne by the BUYER. If the BUYER does not wish to bear these costs, the price of the canceled order will be refunded, minus shipping and administrative costs; the items eligible for refund will be determined in accordance with the relevant legislation.

7.6. For high-value shipments, the SELLER may request a signature or identity verification upon delivery.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to himself or to the person at the address indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. If multiple products are delivered in a single order, the period starts from the delivery date of the last product.

8.2. If the BUYER's habitual residence is in another country and the mandatory consumer legislation of that country provides for a longer withdrawal period or more favorable provisions, these provisions are reserved.

8.3. The right of withdrawal is exercised by notifying the SELLER in writing within the specified period using one of the following methods: e-mail (business@larevno.com), registered electronic mail (KEP), postal mail, or the return/withdrawal form on the website. It is sufficient that the notification is sent within the specified period.

8.4. The BUYER is obliged to return the product to the SELLER within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

8.5. Return conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, free from any odors or traces of perfume, makeup, tobacco, etc.
  • All labels, security labels, and seals on the product must be intact and in place. Products with torn or removed labels will not be accepted for return.
  • The product must be shipped with its original packaging, box, protective case, dust bag, gift wrapping, accessories, and invoice/delivery note.
  • The standard inspection and testing necessary to determine the quality and function of the product does not invalidate the right of withdrawal. The BUYER is responsible for any loss of value resulting from use exceeding this limit.

8.6. Refund: The SELLER shall refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, using the payment method used by the BUYER. The SELLER may withhold the refund until the product is received back or proof of shipment is provided. Any losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations shall be borne by the BUYER.

8.7. If the BUYER chooses a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered by the SELLER, the SELLER is not obligated to refund the amount exceeding the standard delivery cost.

8.8. Return shipping costs: To be borne by the BUYER. However, return shipping costs for defective, faulty, or incorrectly shipped products are the responsibility of the SELLER.

ARTICLE 9 – CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

According to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products prepared according to the BUYER's requests or personal needs, produced to measure or order, and personalized (monogram, embroidery, custom size, custom design, etc.),
  • Products that are at risk of spoiling quickly or that are likely to expire,
  • Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, and wrapping have been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (for example, underwear, swimwear, bikinis, earrings and similar products that come into direct contact with the body),
  • Products that become mixed with other products after delivery and are by their nature impossible to separate,
  • Products whose prices fluctuate depending on fluctuations in financial markets,
  • Services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible products delivered instantly (the conditions in the regulation are reserved for digital products such as gift cards),
  • Other products and services that are excluded from the right of withdrawal under the legislation.

The SELLER will also specify on the product page which products are included in this scope.

ARTICLE 10 – RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  1. The BUYER notifies business@larevno.com of their cancellation/return request or via the return form.
  2. The SELLER confirms the request and provides the return label/instructions.
  3. The BUYER should package and ship the product according to the instructions and in a secure manner. It is recommended to keep the tracking number for the return shipment.
  4. The SELLER will inspect the product upon receipt. For products that do not meet the conditions or show signs of use, the SELLER reserves the right to deduct the value of the product or refuse the return; the SELLER will inform the BUYER of the situation and the reasons for the deduction.
  5. In the case of eligible returns, payment will be made to the BUYER's payment method within the timeframe specified in Article 8.6.

Size/color exchanges are offered subject to stock availability; a separate order may be placed for the new item during the exchange process.
